1.The production process
All of our Caustic soda are made from Ionic membrane liquid alkali and diaphragm liquid alkali .
1.To guarantee the quality of our goods , all the material must get through laboratory tests before go into our factory .
2.Allocate the material according to a certain proportion .
3.Put the material into pot by liquid alkali pump .
4.Heating continuously and stop it till 180 degree , precipitate for 1 hour , that is for wipping out the impurities .
5. Continue to heat ,then put a good amount of sulphur and Sodium nitrate for Colour mixing ,Precipitate again for 2 hours and keep warm with samll fire.
6.Put them into caustic soda flakes molding machine (for caustic soda flakes ) ;
Put them into caustic soda pearls molding machine (for caustic soda pearls)
7. Cooling ,packaging and put into the warehouse
